Set the title of a form and customize its fields

Access forms by going through the Application Tab 

1. Then to the application you need
2. Then select the overall 'Business Object'
3. In the list of forms on this 'Business Object' click the pencil link to edit that form
4. Once on the form you can now edit its title, image and description.
5. The 'Customize this form' link is now accessible
