As with the Decision object, there are two ways in which the Switch object can function. It can be either, a User Based Switch or a Rule Based Switch.
User Based Switch
This video will explain how to use a User Based Switch in Iceberg's Process Designer.
Rule Based Switch
This video will show you how to make a Rule Based Switch and use it in your processes.
